Our services are offered at an hourly rate based on the time spent planning and coordinating your event. This may include: Personalized Consultation: I listen attentively to your vision, preferences, and requirements to bring your dream event to life. Vendor Coordination: I expertly manage all logistics, from caterers to photographers, allowing you to relax and enjoy the festivities. Event Day Support: My proficient team oversees setup, decor, and the schedule to ensure a flawlessly executed event. Stress-Free Experience: Entrust me with the details while you focus on creating cherished moments with your loved ones.


Cancellation Policy

● Cancellation by Client must be made in writing. ● If the Client cancels the contract 3 months before the event, the Coordinator will retain 50% of the service fee as a cancellation fee. ● If the Client cancels the contract within one month of the event, the Coordinator will retain 80% of the service fee as a cancellation fee.
